Wedged between the communities of Southern Highlands and Green Valley is Silverado Ranch, which has the I-15 corridor as its western boundary in southern Las Vegas. Previously considered to be just another indistinguishable part of Las Vegas, this area is now experiencing increased demand due to its proximity to both the gorgeous Allegiant Stadium for the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders just a few miles north (slated for a late 2020 arrival!) on the I-15, as well as their practice facility just to the southern edge of Silverado Ranch in Henderson. As this area was the last to be built prior to the housing collapse beginning in 2016, Silverado Ranch was left unfinished without sufficient restaurants and shopping for the newer neighborhoods. Now with the recovery, however, Silverado Ranch is currently experiencing tremendous growth and development, including a newly built Costco within a brand new shopping plaza and much more in the planning stages. In light of these recent improvements, Silverado Ranch is more and more becoming an affordable and desirable area for many in Las Vegas, offering a great mix homes and condos from the lower $200000 and up.
